Every Fenwick & Merrick candle is hand‑poured in small batches here in Alberta. We take great care in preparing and packaging each order to ensure it arrives safely and in perfect condition. Below is our full shipping policy for customers across Canada and the United States.

Processing Times

All orders are processed within 2–4 business days.

During high‑volume periods (seasonal launches, holidays, limited releases), processing may extend slightly. We always prioritize quality and safe packaging.


Shipping Locations

We currently ship to:

  • Canada (all provinces and territories)

  • United States (all 50 states)

All orders ship from Alberta, Canada.


Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Destination

  • Order weight

  • Carrier rates

We do not add handling or padding fees — you pay only what the carrier charges.

Delivery Estimates

Canada

  • Alberta: 2–5 business days

  • Western Canada: 3–7 business days

  • Eastern Canada: 5–10 business days

  • United States

  • Western U.S.: 5–9 business days

  • Central U.S.: 6–10 business days

  • Eastern U.S.: 7–12 business days

Delivery times are estimates provided by carriers and may vary due to weather, customs, holidays, or regional delays.

Customs & Import Fees (USA Orders)

U.S. customers may be subject to:

  • Customs duties

  • Import taxes

  • Brokerage fees

These charges are determined by U.S. customs and are the responsibility of the customer. We cannot predict or control these fees.

Tracking Information

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your package from our workshop to your door.

Warm Weather Shipping

Candles are sensitive to heat. During warmer months, we:

  • Ship early in the week to avoid weekend delays

  • Use protective packaging to reduce heat exposure

If your candle arrives softened or slightly melted, allow it to cool and solidify — this does not affect performance.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package is delayed, we recommend checking:

  • Tracking updates

  • Community mailboxes

  • With neighbours or building staff

If the carrier marks your package as delivered but you cannot locate it, contact us within 7 days and we’ll help investigate.

Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days with:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the product and packaging

We’ll replace the item or issue a refund depending on availability.

Incorrect Addresses

Please double‑check your shipping details at checkout. Orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer cannot be refunded. If the package is returned to us, we can reship it — additional shipping charges will apply.
